Under Article. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 "Code regarding the protection of personal data", here is some information on the collection of personal data online.

Data processor
The data processor will carry out the processing of personal data in full respect of the Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003. The data is entered into the databases of Aldo Trapani following the acquisition of the data subject's consent, except in cases of art. 24 D. Lgs. N. 196/2003. In accordance with this legislation, the processing of data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of privacy and rights of the Customer. The data controller is Aldo Trapani based in Trapani, at Cortile Lago Ciminino, 8.

Treatment modalities
The personal data is collected for contractual, administrative, accounting, commercial, statistical analysis and the establishment of ordinary commercial contacts. The treatment is performed manually and by computer. The acquired data can be communicated to consultants for the implementation of the previously mentioned purposes, as well as for marketing initiatives, advertising, promotion.

Rights of interested parties
Under Article. 7 of the Decree. N. 196/2003, the subjects to which the personal data refer may at any time obtain:

- Confirmation of the existence of the same data
- Knowledge of the content and origin
- Verification of the accuracy
- Integration or update
